Chad Grindstaff

Chad Grindstaff joined the Connect Team in February of 2023, as our Student and Young Adult Pastor. Before serving at Connect, Chad spent over 15 years working in a Student Ministry setting. Having lived in several different countries throughout the years, he and his wife Leanna, are excited to finally call Concord “home.” 

In his role, Chad is responsible for all Middle School and High School students; as-well-as, those in college through their late twenties. He is passionate about the Next Generation, and the role they have to play in building God’s Kingdom! 

Chad is a graduate of Gardner-Webb University, with a B.A. degree in Religious Studies; and a concentration in Christian Missions. He and Leanna have two dogs, Penny (the Miniature Dachshund) and Desmond (the Great Dane). 

Chad doesn’t have hobbies, he has “obsessions” – like: traveling (39 countries and counting), going to the gym, videography (you may see his work on a Sunday Morning), and wrestling with his 165lb dog.
